No doubt that NPR’s Faith Middleton, Chef Daniel and Chef Jordan will take attendees of this special fund raising event on an adventure! A passion for good health, fresh delicious food, celebrity chef demonstrations, brilliant wine, smoky jazz and unique auction items combines in a perfect recipe for an incredible evening to benefit “A Brighter Hope” the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Capital Campaign for the New Clinical Care Center.

$60.00 of each ticket is tax-deductable This harvest dinner celebration highlights the role good nutrition and fresh food plays in cancer survivorship, the farm-to-table movement, importance of locally sourced foods and how to cook them to optimize their value for health. Local celebrity chefs Daniel Chong Jimenez of Norwich Inn & Spa / Delia Studio Kitchen and Jordan Stein, Pond House resident food guru explore freshly harvested ingredients and how all of our senses play a role in how we enjoy food. NPR’s Faith Middleton will host a live Food Schmooze and lead us through the delicious Farm-To-Table dinner using locally sourced and grown foods while humorous Master of Ceremonies WTIC Ray Dunaway entertains us with anecdotes, auction and raffles.
